Next Generation Remote Control Work Sometimes
0 of 1 found this helpful This AAA battery sized RF sender (433MHz) works far better and at longer distances than any of the other 418MHz devices I've used (and I've used many of them: Jensen, Powermid, RadioShack etc). The other devices seem to work at 10 meters or less with at most 1 intervening wall but the Next Gen device works 4 rooms away consistently with no RF interference from ambient RF (wireless routers, cordless phones, etc.). With ONE exception: Putting this device in a Panasonic Universal Remote that came with my Plasma TV caused erratic behavior with the remote. The remote, would not function properly even at a distance of 30 cm when aimed at the selected device. Other buttons would malfunction e.g. the "up volume" caused the volume to DECREASE. Curious. But the Next Generation RF extender worked in virtually every other single device remote. Unfortunately, you can't buy just the additional RF transmitters for less than the entire devices (RF Exttender, 2 batteries, RF Receiver, AA adapter). Sellers take note: SELL THE TRANSMITTER FOR LESS THAN THE WHOLE DEVICE. You'll sell MANY more!

Excellent, authentic recipes.
We regularly eat at Ajanta and bought a book while it was still in print. We needed another one for a friend. The recipies are well documented and written. We got one of the last ones at a good price. I doubt I'd spend $100 for the book. That's a rip off.
