Best ring size adjuster I have found.
It does keep the ring from falling off, but as with others it does not keep the ring from twisting to "down under". Still, the best one.

Long-time use
I've used this product for years now. My cats remain very active in their older years. I'm convinced it helps them. It''s becoming harder to find lately. I wonder why...
