Three years of use
I like the way this software works. Easy to use and sure beats paying a preparer. Files fast online. You can call anytime for an answer if needed but I find it is not needed.

Best I have ever owned lately.
2 of 2 found this helpful Nice clean machine. I tried to upqrade to Win10 but if didn't make it, thank God. I like the Win7 Pro that's on it. It works great. Very fast and handles running Facebook and Twitter at the same time on Firefox. I had to spend some time updating what needed it but worked fine out of the box. After a couple of weeks I am quite happy with it. This is the second one I ordered. I feel the same about both. The only difference is the first was a smaller version than this one. It fits better in the cabinet upstairs alongside a 24in. monitor. I found the Dell site to download the manuals, etc. very easily using the number that shows up with Belarc Adviser. For the price I don't think I could have found a better deal.
