Works well and is stable. Good price.
The modulator works well. The price was very good. Initially there was a problem because I did not read the instructions: That the RF out (channel 3 or 4) was not working because a video signal is needed to switch the RF out "on". If the video in -- from a camera or VCR, for example -- is not strong enough then the little LED light on the unit will not go on and the RF out will not work for the video signal. Once the light is on then the RF output is received OK by an old-time analog TV set. Note that if there is no video-in then a second F-type socket is the source of an RF signal. This could be attached to an antenna or other RF unit, even the RF output of another VCR. The unit was packed well in its original carton.

Good buy - low price, works well
The Mighty Max 12 volt battery works well in my Tripp Lite Smart 500 UPS I use for my desktop computer. Installation is done with the battery lying horizontally. The battery was fully charged and tested OK with the Tripp Lite UPS test. My Tripp Lite uses USB wiring to the computer. The battery was packed well in bubble wrap with cardboard cushioning in a cardboard box. Delivery from Brooklyn, New York to central east Georgia was quick with USPS priority mail. It took only 3 days from the time I ordered it. The only thing I did not like about the battery is that it has F1 connectors not F2. F1 connectors are narrow so I had to spend an additional $3 buying an F1 to F2 adapter. My Tripp Lite UPS uses F2 connectors.

Well cleaned with good rings, seals, bearings
The engine core was packed extremely well using bubble wrap and packing paper. It was cleaned well. The seals did not leak. The engine had good compression. The bearings were still good. None of the screw holes were damaged. With the rest of the parts which I had (such as the carburetur, fuel tank, blade, etc.) the complete motor runs well using this core.
