They are all natural and my Husband and I have been using them for over a year now to regulate our bowel movements. (we are 70yrs old). Our Physician said we could use them forever without any harmful side affects....

Wireless is the way to go....
Wish they would come in smaller earphones b/c these are constricting for my head. Sound is Great though.
