    I ordered a repair manual. In the description it said the manual was a new, unread clean copy. I was sent a USB instead of the actual manual. When I questioned the seller, I was basically told, too bad, this is what you get. There is no way I am using a USB from someone I don't know. The seller responded promptly, but again it was a too bad, so sad. When I asked for the paper manual, I was told it would be an additional fee of .15 per page on top of the $35 I had already paid. Not good .

    The description states that we will provide a USB or electronic copy of the PDF. If you prefer not to use the USB, I can send you a link to the PDF. However, a paper copy incurs additional costs, as it must be printed by a partner company. I am committed to ensuring a positive experience with our company. If you pay the difference, we will ship the hard copy to you. Have a great day.

    I really thought I was getting a book not PDF .Description does say PDF somewhere however it describes A book including how many pages and A Picture of book. Most all other sellers make it clear and bold it's PDF form . If it's PDF form please make your discription very clear I'm not the first person who has given poor reviews for getting PDF instead of book
