Great late night impulse buy
This automatic waterer was an impulse buy, yet I have been wonderfully satisfied with my purchase. I live out in west Texas and we are in the middle of an above average heat index this summer. I was always having to refill the water bowl due to my dogs drinking habits, as well as the extreme evaporation. After the simple installation, I have yet to have to add water or do any maintenance on this waterer.
My only concern is that since the connections are plastic I don't want to tighten the hose too much for fear of cracking the connection; however, I tightened as much as I dared and no leaks thus far.
