Perko 0932 DP2 BLK Flush Lock and Latch
The latch quality is good and the installation is simple (in a 2" hole). The depth of the adjustment could be a little longer, the battery hatch I used it on has a fairly thick lip, and the horizontal reach was just barely enough to reach the lip but again, this may be specific to my boat.
