Good Value

The peel is reversible which means it's edge is like a knife beveled from both sides to the middle of the peel but I can refile it to a one way peel to make it easier to use. Many don't care but I am picky. Either way it is a good buy!

I have been using Gnome Ginger Extract for years to make my Ginger Beer for decades! I use two packs to make 5 gallons. I also ferment and age 5 gal Cornelius Keg batches that I age for 4 years! Those that live Ginger can’t get enough of it! Cheers!!!
