Pickle Juice for Leg Cramps
I have suffered from terrible leg cramps for years. A friend suggested that I try drinking pickle juice when I had leg cramps. It sounded awful, but what did I have to lose?
I was really surprised to find that drinking a small amount of pickle juice when I felt a cramp coming on completely erased it. In minutes - less, even - the cramp would vanish.
I have no explanation as to how or why this works. I only know that it does work for me, every time. Having the small bottles of the pickle juice is also much better that drinking some out of a big pickle jar. I always have them on hand now.
