Angela Lansbury is wonderful as Jessica Fletcher
The adventures of a retired English teacher who becomes a best selling mystery writer. The stories have a good mix of drama and humor, and many well known actors as guest stars.

A GOOD STORY ABOUT A BUSINESS PIONEER
MR Selfridge is an part true, part fictionalized biography of Harry Gordon Selfridge , who left Chicago in order to open an American style department store in London. The series was on PBS' MASTERPIECE so that speaks of the quality of the production. The series deals with the social attitudes of the early 1900"s. The lives of the family and employees are interesting, and you care about the characters. The story has a good mix of drama and comedy.

The research challenges common beliefs, or reveals details about The Black Death, The Witch Trials, The Mental Illness of King George III of England, and The Disapperance of Twelve Year Old King Edward V of England and His Brother Richard From The Tower Of London. As usual Lucy does a very excellent job of story telling and makes the research very interesting.
