Miss Potter is delightful!
Miss Potter is a delightful biography about the creator of Peter Rabbit. It is a little bit fictionalized, but most movie biographies are. They use a little bit of animation in a delightful way and Renee Zellweger is very good. I enjoy the movie every time I see it!

DVD'S of LILLIE are a good value
The DVD'S of LILLIE with FRANCESCA ANNIS are in excellent condition. The series was made in 1978 on VIDEO TAPE, I think, so the picture quality is good but not up to modern DVD quality. The owners of the series fixed up the tape the best they could. FRANCESCA won the British BAFTA award for her performance of Lillie Langtry who was famous in Britian and America in the 1800's. I saw the series on Masterpiece and parts of it have stayed with me all of these decades. My discs are in excellent condition. The cardboard box is frayed. I was very lucky on the low price I payed, about $5. I was very lucky to have found the series at all.

35 year old VHS tape played just fine
The VHS tape of OUT ON A LIMB is a very, very good account of the beginning of Shirley MacLaine's spiritual learning. As far as I know the tape sat around unwrapped for 35 years, but the tape played just fine and the picture quality was good.
