  The ad said that this was sealed. That usually means that the box is factory sealed. It was not. The seller said he means the bags inside the box are sealed. Also the box was in much worse condition than the pictures show. Seller had a good price so all is good, but seller needs to be more clear next time.

  Seller puts a return date expiration of the 24th of December (a day before it gets opened) and now that it doesn’t work they won’t take it back! Terrible customer service. They did respond quickly to tell me I didn’t know how to work it and to watch YouTube videos. Won’t work with multiple Microsoft Surfaces and iPhones. Steer clear of this seller!!!
