Great upgrade in place of AMD Athlon Phenom X4 AM3 when one doesn't have the funds for a Ryzen AM4.

Nice Hard Drive for DVR use.
This is a replacement hard drive for a DVR. Works as expected with DVR and is quiet.

Best Performance per $
Core i5-10400 provides best performance per $ cost for a comparable CPU today. I stuck with 10th Gen since 10G CPU and motherboards are relatively affordable compared to 12th Gen. i5-10400 includes graphics processor onboard for easier setup and GPU performs well enough to easily handle daily computing tasks. For high end gaming the i5-10400 can be paired with a graphics card to support much higher frame rates. Very pleased with performance overall.
