Blast from the past.
Fans of the original TMNT cartoon will really enjoy this set. It is great to go back and rewatch some of the classic tmnt cartoon that I watched as a kid. The quality is the same though so no up scale.
The only negative is the case isnt the best quality.
One word of warning if your planning on watching the whole tmnt cartoon series from season one to season 10. Do not watch the bonus eps. The are episodes that belong in season 10 and the will mess up your watching order.

Great set for newbies
Im new to building models and really didnt know if it be a hobby I stick with so I was in market for a cheap starter set. The onlly thing cheap to this set is the price.
The cutters work great for cutting the pieces from the model mold. If you cut the piece with the tip. It leaves very little to nothing to clean up. The are worth the price of the set.
The hobby knife is little tricky at first to get the blade in it but after you do. It works really well. I like the fact its shaped like a pen. It seems to fit in my hand better than a Xacto knife. Only con would be its not a sturdy as Xacto but it works good for me.
The clean up files work well. The are little thin but Ive found that it helps me shape them to fit the area I need.
The tweezers I haven't used. Just cause I have a cheap set I bought at the Dollar Tree Ive been using and im saving these for when I start some more advanced models. The seem to be built pretty heavy.
The only thing I dont like about the set. Would be the micro pen for panel lines. I tried it but dont like the results I got using it. I be looking for another method for panel lines.
If your like me and your starting out building models. I would pick this up.
