Good bulbs no warm up time needed
Good bulbs for the fittings that are already in this property.

Not much use
I had to resort to hard wiring as these and other link items did not work on a routine basis. They sit on a shelf waiting to be used where they may be some use in the future where the distance is less, or where I only need a miniscule boost.
The property had already been rewired to this office space to make sure that it was on the same circuit as the router.
