Excellent camera for the price.
Not able to register camera app with iPhone, but no problem registering with iPad.
Once registered both iPad and iPhone works well.
Snap shots and (short) videos can be stored and replayed directly from the camera, although I haven’t been able to add real-time iPad mic output to the recording.
The IR is of limited use with lcd panels that don’t have a backlight.
Overall a very good purchase.
