Not working and Blelectrical won't help me out!

Made the switch on my bike. Never worked.
Old one = weak but the shaft and gears spin well.
New one = Nothing spins. Why? Something is too tight in it? Or maybe I just need to put some grease in it?
So I opened up one side (pretty easy to do, just unscrew the two long nuts), there is grease in it, closed it up right away. (It takes less than a minute to do because it is meant to be open up easily for maintance and greasing.)
I know, I'm a mecanic!
Conclusion, it is deffective in some way. A piece is missing? Something inside is broken? I don't know.
So I contacted Blelectrical to ask them about their product? About their quality control? About the issue with my starter? Asked them if they knew what was the problem? If they could send me the piece that might be missing? Or make a switch and send me another one?
The only thing I received from them were passive agressive messages. Total lack of responsibility toward the quality of their products and their warranty. And total disrespect toward their customers.
They pretty much said that they won't do anything to help me out because I "altered the item", just because I had to open up one side to see if there was grease in it and/or to find out why it wasn't working in the first place.
