You get what you pay for
This detector is a valuable tool for home or in the workplace. Affordable and ships very fast. However it's not a top of line line detector and the price and quality do reflect that. Gets the job done but treat it good it breaks fairly easy and has a rather annoying sensitivity setting. Overall worth the money assuming you don't get your hopes up .
