Poor reservoir placement
1 of 1 found this helpful This was a replacement for a previous BrewStation that I LOVED. It performs fine and has a few additional features my original BrewStation didn't have ...the only thing I do not like is having to remove the filter basket and holding tank to get to the water reservoir. They need to return to a reservoir you can access simply by lifting the top. Other than that one thing, I do like this brewer.
