They may cost a bit more, but this is a product that is worth it.
When it comes to vitamins, you get what you pay for. I would rather pay a little more and feel the desired results then to spend less but waste it all.

Horrible product!
5 of 7 found this helpful I researched a variety of pet water fountains but discovered the reviews that were available, were uninformative and lacking specific details that would help future buyers. I'll try to do better so that I can save any would-be-buyers that hassle I went through.
I decided on this product after reading the manufacturer's claims for its performance, comparing the price and amount of sales against similar products, and looking at the specs for the motor and functionality.
The worst issue I had was the increased capacity. In fact the sheer size of the product is the root problem with this fountain. Initially I was impressed with the volume of water it held, but later I suspected that it might be a problem. I was right.
All pet watering fountains should be cleaned at least once a week, this one included. What that meant was picking up an awkward container full of water and trying (usually unsuccessfully) to not spill it as I carried it to a sink. Then after cleaning the different large pieces of plastic that make up the fountain, I needed to refill it and carefully carry it back. Perhaps spills wouldn't be such a problem if the level of water had reduced over the week of being used, but that can't happen with this fountain because it must be refilled daily to maintain the max level of water or the pump (that hardly works to start with) stops functioning completely!
I recorded video of several pieces of colored paper that I dropped into the bowl. The recording showed that the pump was incapable of moving the water enough to move the pieces thus the water was not being cleaned or filtered correctly. I didn't need to test that theory for myself, my cats refused the water after a days time. The output for the fountain was pathetic. I attempted to disassemble, clean, reassemble, with no improvement several times hoping my investment wasn't a waste.
Ultimately, I was able to return it at no cost to me because I'm picky with whom I purchase from. I returned the product after 3 full weeks of trying to make it work. I went to my local Walmart and bought the Aqua Cube Pet Fountain by Aqua Fountain and couldn't be happier. Save yourself the time and frustration and avoid this worthless hunk of garbage.

Good quality but lacking in details
By the looks of the packaging these were from a couple of decades ago so this review is probably irrelevant. The hardware included attach the finals to a specific rod so using them on newer models may be difficult w/out improvising.
