Feels amazing
I like preworkout powders that not only supply muscle building pumps and ingredients but make you feel like you want to work hard too. Total War does all of this. I was using WokeAF and it was okay, this hits a little harder for me.

I can donate blood again!
Better absorbed than ferrous sulfate. I’ve finally gotten my iron to levels where I can donate blood, I've struggled with that for years. Great product!
