Cutting the daily dose to 1 or even 2 a day would be a step up...
The ingredients seem good and of high quality, although needing to take 3 pills a day isn't ideal.

Could REALLY benefit from consolidation to 2 tablets per day! Four daily is too much.
Even if they were larger tablets, why can't Megafood fit the daily doses for this prenatal / postnatal multi into two tablets, instead of four? Swallowing four in a row, or keeping track of how many of the 4 you've taken throughout the day, is inconvenient and cumbersome. Otherwise, a great product. Much prefer the version with herbs.
