Overall a good kit but.....
As with most Revell kits, there are some issues with pieces fitting together just right without some manipulation. All fit issues aside, it was a pretty quick build and the exterior decals made it a real beauty

My favorite model build so far
A very challenging kit, but very rewarding when it’s finished and looks so good. This was the first Tamiya kit I’ve assembled and I don’t know if I’ll ever go back to Revell kits. The fit that Tamiya seems to get with all the sharp angles and interesting lines on this car is impressive. I see that others had rated the durability lower but that’s because Tamiya uses a thinner plastic than Revell but it still stands up to sanding and manipulation. You can’t go wrong with this kit, if you were amazed by the Ford GT when it was unveiled, then do yourself a favor and buy this!
