Film cement is neccesary and if you do it right the splices you make will last forever.
A bottle of film cement will last you a year or more if you use it a lot like I do. The cement splices work much better on my projection equipment then tape splices that come apart over time.

These video glasses are a good start for the beginner but its like the old addage that you get what you pay for. I had some trouble getting a chip to
I had some trouble getting the memory chip to slide into the holder on the glasses. The glasses after getting fully charged did not work for more then 15 minutes before they stopped while I was using them. Like I said they are a good way to learn and I would call them beginners video glasses.

Bigger lights on your tree.
Its made with plastic balls which the light diodes fit into. It looks a little cheesy on the Christmas tree. The quality is not as good as it could be. It's ok and you can change the light display many different ways.
