  Very disappointed, be very careful doing business with her. My post said shipping $25 and it ended up being $14.  I offered to refund $11 The bag has been stored in perfect condition. Two days of shipping would not have caused any permanent damage to the bag.  I have pictures showing she received the bag in perfect condition.  I reduce the price of the bag for her, but now she wants free shipping. unreasonable ! I also offered a full refund but she want to keep the bag.
