Good unit for 1-2 men
I'm basically reviewing the power head and 2 augers. The power head is great. EZ starting. Bought it because my Bro in law has an old one and it worked good. I had to fix his engine, but it's very old and he's not the best at maintenance.
Auger wise. the 3" is pretty EZ to use for 1 185# man. The 6" can twist you up good if you hit something, like a big rock/root, etc. It has the power to turn both which is more than enough.
Even 2 men can get twisted.
I added a manual auger to remove the balance of the dirt in the hole. The power auger will remove about 50% and loosen up the rest, but won't get the last 50% of the loose dirt.
The combo and a little water to get the dirt sticky, makes perfect holes.

Nice unit for the price, folds up pretty small.
I bought it for the wife and she likes it. I'm more of a SPIN person. I tried it and I might like a longer tread, but it's long enough. She's got the resistance on about medium 4-5, goes to 8 so that's good. She's on the steepest grade and that's about all you'd want too.
Tracked slightly to the right after a bit, but 1/4 turn on ea adj bolt and right back in the middle.
It looks like a lot of parts, but it's not bad to assemble. The "C" bottom frame didn't specify which side the rubber feet went on, top or bottom. I wasn't sure if they were for the floor or stops when folded. They go down for the floor. Not sure the pulse works, but don't need it. The rest does and counts miles and time.

Rollers could initially be too tight causing slowing and stopage.
2 of 2 found this helpful After some tweaking, it works fine. I guess one of the rollers was too tight and after 20 mins, it slowed and stopped. Fortunately, I was able to hear it and shut it down immediately. I loosened the rollers and made some space. Worked for several hrs w/o a problem.
