Definitely a Sidekick to keeping weight off!
3 of 3 found this helpful The key to this Actually working; is YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE WAY YOU EAT! I can’t stress enough that it helps cut out fatty Oil Absorption but that doesn’t mean continue eating 4 cheeseburgers with extra cheese for dinner. It helps block out fat so if you reduce fat intake ; the fat you do eat will easily bypass absorption and you will see the change. I’ve been using for 7 months and I’m down 38lbs. 32yo female. (Drinking 1 gallon of water a day is Also Magic(sounds excessive but it’s not!)

Good value!
Does the job. If using on a 2018 Honda CR-V you will need to trim it with a box cutter to fit properly. Does smell of rubber/petroleum in the heat. Overall heavy duty coverage.
