Horrible.
The printer worked fine..........for about a month. It made good copy to begin with..............for about a month.
Then the problems started. It would give an error message indicating that the "Black" toner cartridge was not installed. Of course you open the lid and take out the black toner cartridge and replace it. Then you get the error message that the "Cyan" toner cartridge is not installed, and you repeat the process. Then it is the yellow, and finally red cartridges that give this mesage and you clean them, before starting the process all over again. This can frequently consume an hours time before you can either get it to stop or get Minolta service to help fix it. This happens every month or so.
Other problems are that the toner gets everywhere in this printer. You frequently have to discard the top sheet of paper if you want a clean copy.
It also even makes the table shake. It goes "Clunk, clunk, clunk, clunk" every time it make a copy. I'm surprised that it doesn't ruin itself with stopping and starting.......or perhaps that is what causes the error messages.
Don't buy this printer. I have had mine only a year now, and am looking for a replacement.

slow transfer. only store files you can be sure you won''t access very often.
1 of 1 found this helpful the backup hard drive came as new, and was shipped promptly. i looked forward to it so that i could transfer a great deal of stuff directly to a new computer.
i have two complaints about the drive. first, the transfer of data is incredibly slow. i'm having to transfer information overnight.
the second complaint is perhaps due to my own ignorance. i thought a 2TB backup means almost 2TB of storage. when i tried to transfer less than 2 TB, the unit cut off the transfer at about 1TB . there were various files in the transfer data that were missing. so i had to go through everything to see which files were not transferred, remove files initially transferred to free up space and then transfer smaller amounts of data..
