Love the A/C adapter. No batteries required.
The reason I chose this model is because it can be plugged in to an electrical wall outlet and used without batteries. You'll need batteries if you want to use the memory feature though. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it. Of course, as with ALL automatic home BP monitors, no matter which brand, you're never really completely sure of the accuracy unless you compare the results to a manually operated cuff. But if you're looking for a good deal on a good BP monitor that you won't have to rely on batteries to use, this is the best deal.
I will say that when I got it, the box had been opened before, so I'm guessing it was either a returned item or possibly used as some kind of demo model. But it was like brand new, so for the $30 I saved, I guess it's worth it.
I think they should mention that though.

Very happy with product.
Great "how-to" video on YouTube for installation instructions. Couldn't have been easier. Great price fast and free shipping. Made my laptop like brand new - what's not to like? I guess I'll see how long it lasts, but it seems like a quality product.
