The right tool for the job!
I purchased it to fabricate a spring mechanism for the points of an HO-scale turnout. It functions perfectly. It is gentle enough for the HO-scale wheels to deflect the points when trailing the switch yet strong enough to positively close the points when the wheels have cleared.

The right tool for the job!
Turns out that it is exactly what I needed for my dog. It's rated for dogs up to 165#. Mine is 95-96#. My dog Bella has a fan club on the Avenue where I live. Other people sometimes let their dog run and play with her in my front yard. And she likes to make new friends. The cable is the perfect length.
