Not worth the price
This phone is neither tough nor rugged. I paid north of $200 for a new one and after about 5 months the phone was splashed with water and the display became so dark it was nearly impossible to read. Last week I dropped the phone and it literally broke into two pieces. Now at least I no longer have to deal with it. The only redeemable feature is the external antennae and it's better than average reception. It does send & receive calls where other phones cannot.

Missing key part
Item arrived without the handle adapter so the handle cannot be attached to the shower valve. Now I've got to order the missing part from the hardware store, pay another $10+ and wait for the item to arrive. Sorry I made this purchase
