His methods work!
I Love Dave Ramsey products. They are straightforward no nonsense get the job done books. I also like how he talks about behavior change. You have to have a new mindset towards money. And he makes you think ahead.

Helps target the area you need.
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this for my son who is studying Anatomy with an emphasis on exercise and stretching. It has great pictures that show the muscle being stretched, what to do and what to avoid. It has a routine to get you started and has a section on partner stretches, pregnancy, office stretches and foam roller. Really good pictures of the muscles of the body to help you know what you are stretching. Love it.

Time saver
I love this book! There are so many helpful and time-savings ideas in here. I love the neat look of the beds and the ease of planting. What weeding there is seems simple when you only do one square foot at a time-takes a minute or two. Very helpful.
