Good for its time

I got this camera solely to use as a player to use with a USB capture adapter to digitize old Video 8 videos from the 1990's. It worked fine for that, but it also still does a decent job with analog video recording. It won't be replacing a current-vintage HD digital video camcorder, but it's one of the better choices from 1999-2000.
