Very pleased with the headphones, but have two disappointments
The in-ear headphones arrived as advertised, and I was pleased with the product as soon as I opened it. The headphones connected easily to my Samsung Galaxy A50 and also to my Lenovo Thinkpad laptop. There was some "stuttering" in the sound over the Thinkpad. I updated the Bluetooth driver and that solved the problem.
I'm pleased with the sound. It probably won't please the hard core audiophile, but I find the bass, mids, and highs balanced enough for me.
Battery life is great. I use them all day and part of the evening on a single charge. And wearing them around my neck all day is not tiresome.
My two greatest disappointments are the noise cancelling and keeping the earbuds in my ear. They come with three different sized inserts (and two colors: clear opaque and black). I've tried all three sizes. Each comes out at some point, so I'm going to look for some "sport" buds that stay in the ear better.
The noise cancelling is very limited. But perhaps I'm asking too much. I wear the headphones while around a lot of power equipment (everything from power saws to riding a skid steer and excavator, so the ambient noise level is pretty high). Might work better on an airplane.
That would be the reasons for the 4-star rating. But let me end by saying again that, for the money, I'm very pleased with the headphones. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good sound. long battery life and ease of use. (Download the Sony headphone app to your phone. Helps in controlling them without having to remove them from your neck to use the buttons.)

This part did the trick.
A "plug and play" part that went into our dishwasher easily and greatly improved its cleaning ability.

Incredibly well done. Highly recommended for those who love good drama.
We've been fans of Downton Abbey from the beginning. Great script writing with multiple plot lines, well cast, costumed, filmed and directed. A true masterpiece for Masterpiece Theater. If you haven't seen any of it, just get all the seasons and have a Downton-fest. One more season to go. They'll be wrapping things up next year. Sad--but smart. They can go out on a high note.
