Good replacement for 3-way incandescent mogul bulbs

I don't have many hours on these yet. So maybe there's not been enough time to see the flicker that others have complained about. But that said, they work. And they make a great replacement for 3-way incandescent mogul bulbs. (NOTE: A mogul base adapter is not part of this product. I bought the base adapter separately.)
