Nice concept, but things to keep in mind.
Nice mount Getting the mount properly centered so that you can see through it may be difficult. There are no center marks on the front or rear of the rail to help center it on the barrel.
Also users need to keep in mind that this mount will raise the height of the scope, and depending of the scope rings, it may be difficult to use.

Poor audio
I had a similar devise that had good audio quality, when I dropped and broke it, I wanted another. This one is disappointing. The audio quality was low, I can barely hear it. It has an up/down volume control that doesn't do anything. I've increased the volume on my phone itself, but still have a hard time hearing through this device.

Recommend use with SATA, but not IDE drives.
This product will work well if interfacing with an SATA drive, I had not problem reading files and transferring them. However it doesn't work well with older IDE drives. It would repeatedly disconnect from the PC.
