Utility Rack
Well built, all parts were there for temporary mounting; but if you're hauling other than light kayaks and canoes I suggest the solid, bolt-thru top of bed mount (the six 1/2" x 2" bolts and washers not in kit). First time out i loaded a half ton of LP 16' siding on and strapped it down. The front support nearly touched the truck roof so I designed a snap-on buffer which worked well. Note; the instructions for what bolt goes where are not clear. I turned my carriage bolt heads to the inside of the bed on the center connector up top. That lets you cinch lumber up close without the bolt threads gouging into material. A very good value for the money.
