Shappell Jet Sled XL Ice Fishing Sled Black Decoy Hauler Hunting Gear Carrier

I LOVE THIS SLED IN THE DEEP SOUTH!

I am a 56 year old female, live in the deep south, and I love this ice fishing sled!!! Of course we get no snow or ice here! My yard is a 3 acre lawn with grass, shrubs and trees. This is just what I needed to haul brush and tree limbs to the curb. I've tried pulling wagons and using tarps but that ended up being more work and VERY frustrating when things would fall off. This Sled is very light weight and it is much easier to pull than a wagon, and it holds MUCH more than a wagon does. Because it's on the ground, I don't have to worry about it tipping over when I pull it with my 4 wheeler. Because it is long, no breaking or cutting long limbs is necessary! I just throw them in and big limbs can hang off the back without any loss of stability. With a light load it is easy to pull it by hand in the grass. For large loads I have been tying it up it to my four wheeler and I can haul LOTS of sticks, limbs and weeds, to the curb for pick up. It can be used to haul whatever whenever you need. I use it to hall my tools and weed eater around the property rather than carrying all of that with me when I have a project. I've pulled it over my driveway just fine, however, it is not meant for hard surfaces such as rocks, cement or asphalt so I pull it over grassy areas. I like it so much and I am considering purchasing the additional skids to give it more long term durability. Lastly if you have kids, it's a fun sled to pull or slide down a hill in even without any snow!!
