Nice little workhorse for surfing and watching movies.
Be VERY careful when installing/removing CPUs from Intel 1155 sockets, the contacts are tiny and very fragile. The CPUs have a projecting section (cameo)on the bottom center with a rough surface. If the CPU is slid across the socket it can ruin it (and the motherboard).This CPU was a small upgrade from the 3470 it replaced, and is safer than the i7-3770 with 8 threads which has recently been found to be vulnerable to hacking because of the 8 thread architecture. It arrived promptly and appears to be quite healthy in a Z220 workstation. I do not game, I use this for surfing the web and watching movies, and it performs very well for these activities.

Cleans up the resin pellets.
Cheaper and easier than replacing the resin.

Mount that comes with it will not fit all rifles.
Seems to be good equipment, but the mount that came with it won't fit my Marlin 795 22lr slide base, which is 10.5/11 mm wide, too narrow to accommodate it.I wish this size limitation had been explained in the specifications. So I will have to hunt for some mounts that will fit.
