  Be careful with this buyer he will send u offers but then will try to say that you are trying to scam him he will want to keep the items and he will try to get u to give him a refund but wont try to send your items back

  I sent this young man an offer. He admitted he did not read the offer.It amounted to 4.00$ off shipping. When I called him on it, He said "I did not read your offer". Then demanded "his" stuff back. As we all know when an offer is accepted, e bay then pays for it.He accepted, e-bay paid ,he then wanted " HIS" items back,I paid for them! Too young to be on E-bay
