terrible experience

I bought the item, from Mega resale, the item arrived and did not work. I paid $15 to ship the item back to mega resale per their instructions and they would not reimburse me my $15. After exchanging MANY emails with mega resale, asking for my return shipping costs on the item I gave up, because they didn't feel they were at fault for selling a non working item.... Which makes no sense. So I lost money on the deal. So, to sum this purchase up, bad product, WORSE Ebay store, terrible experience.
