Going back to glass mount dipole!
My initial tests in vehicle show the rubber duck antenna a better option. Antenna seems to have poor sensitivity in the Aircraft and VHF high band. It will pick up strong signals but, no indication that it is receiving any weak signals both vertically and horizontally polarized.
