Great sea-side binoculars
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought the Nikon 10 x 50 binoculars, the size we used on the bridge when I was in the Navy, as a house-warming gift for friends who just moved into a home on the coast of Maine. I used the glasses to view far-off light-houses and passing boats. I was delighted to be able to purchase the Nikon brand lenses in 10 x 50 glasses for such a good price. A great product, good price, and sized right. (I read that for a small boat, it is better to have 7x, because the 10x are too hard to hold steady. But standing on dry land, or on a big ship, 10x is fine.)
