Mixed bag - probably should keep looking
On the plus side, the jacket is truly waterproof. On the minus side it doesn't have any real insulation. The liner section pockets are not accessible when zipped in. The loops holding the liner in the sleeve are too far up the arm making getting the coat off a pain. There are number of snaps on the jacket which don't seem to have any purpose. Seems much heavier that warranted. Seems to be the fabric density.
As noted all the pockets are only on the jacket exterior..no place for smartphone out of the cold.

Great value for my twenty year old HP printer still going strong
Not installed yet, but its the correct OEM packaged good.
