Buyer Guarantee forget it, seller always correct, buyer never. 2 try's in 4 years, 1 dirty smoke, 1 no product.

Great unit even has a light
The unit arrive quickly in excellent condition well packaged. Impact is small and light weight but will remove lug nuts quickly and easily. I have gotten older and need something to carry in my Escalade ESV and this will work.
The only issue came when I tried to charge the two batteries, the charger red light was blinking fast and the green light slowly which the manual said was not charging on both batteries. I unplugged the charger and removed the battery and let the unit quit blinking. Plugged in again and tried a battery, it worked correctly solid red, no blinking and charged in a few hours. Both batteries are working properly now.
Just a little scare for a few minutes. The manual for the charger just stated what the lights meant not how to cure it, so unplug and wait till blinking light quit, minute at most then start over.

One is worthless; One is excellent.
The one in the sealed box works excellent. The open box will not work. It tries to and gets to the sing in page and will not allow the keyboard screen to show. I ran a temporary cat 8 and got past the wifi problem. Now I can not sign in to ATT TV without the keyboard pop up.
AT&T has not been able to help. Have tried every day since I opened the box. Have tried reset, unplugged, reset and left running overnight, removed the unopened one from my wifes tv and hooked to my tv and it works perfectly, hooked the open set to her tv and it did the same on her tv as mine. NO Keyboard popup.
What now guys!! Working on wifes tv, unopened one and it works on mine, one that was open not working on either tv in the same way, no popup keyboard. Without that the open one is not worth throwing away.
