Incredible lens
The Sigma f1.8 14mm is a dream lens for architecture and astro photography of course it is also a fantastic landscape lens with acute sharpness edge to edge.

Works perfectly
I would use this for reasonable weight gear and probably not huge lens etc. I have a manfrotto head on a travel tripod and this allows me to use an L bracket on my camera without a manfrotto quick connect. Perfect solution to not having to spend big $$ on a new head or a complete retrofit
