Broken merchandise and false advertising.
6 of 6 found this helpful I had ordered a pair that was supposed to be tested, when they came in the right earbud did not work at all, the box had everything strapped in as it was new. I gotten in contact and granted they sent out a replacement pair. The pair came in and the box was slightly crushed (granted could've been in Transit) but the earbuds within were simply tossed in the box tangled. This pair thankfully worked but I do not trust how long with how the wire was wrapped. I would not recommend ordering if you are looking for "new".
