Rocks
1 of 1 found this helpful Half of the order is small rocks. When I complained, they indicated that they would send me a larger package at no cost.
I asked them for a tracking number.
No response.

Don't waste your money.
This collar did NOTHING.
I suspect it is a grey market knockoff.
It didn't kill a single flea.
Previous Soresto collars started working immediately, and, after 2 days, there were no fleas alive.
After a week, using this collar, I had to take the dog to the vet to be treated for fleas.

Save your money
Worked for 2 fittings, then just shot grease out everywhere except into the zerk fitting.
