Great for pet hair!
4 of 5 found this helpful This factory refurb is a great value! It looks brand new, and they way I look at it, whatever it was returned for under warranty is now factory repaired. After using it to clean our low mat area rugs, carpet, and furniture, I would have no problem paying full price for it. But it is a steal at the refurb price. Very easy to use, quiet, easy to empty, and it really cleans thoroughly and quickly. It is built very well and appears it will last a long time. I was considering purchasing an additional warranty, but I doubt I will need it. Definitely a five star product!

Doesn't work.
I put a new bulb in it according to directions. Then I turned it on. It grinds when turning on or off. No HDMI 1 or 2 signal. No light.
